Caitlyn DiCillo is originally from Connecticut but has called various neighborhoods and areas of Boston home since 2008. Caitlyn attended University of Central Florida where she received a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
Caitlyn has worked extensively in large volume and fast paced restaurants and hotels in the Boston area, most recently at Encore Boston Harbor. For over 15 years in these environments, she has focused diligently on providing instinctive and thoughtful guest service, while consistently being efficient in problem solving.
Upon entering the Real Estate industry, she utilized her dedication for providing anticipatory services to her clients and attention to detail to create a personalized experience. She enjoys creating and cultivating client relationships to help them write the next chapter of their lives. She has focused heavily on education within the industry, staying up to speed on the ever changing market and receiving many designations to become an expert in specific niches.
Caitlyn currently resides in Canton with her Chef husband Tony and a very active dog, Baxter. She is passionate about fitness, and is an instructor at Rev'd Indoor Cycling and has run several Boston Marathons for charity.
When Caitlyn is not in the office, you can find her at a Rev'd studio throughout the city and suburbs, cheering on her nephew and niece at a Dedham area sporting event (currently soccer and/or hockey), or at Trillium getting a fresh pour.
Ultan Connolly moved to Boston in 1992, originally hailing from Galway, Ireland. Upon getting to Boston, he joined the opening team of the original House of Blues in Harvard Square, and went on to be an integral part of the training and development teams at the Los Angeles, Chicago, and Myrtle Beach locations.
Ultan used his skills of creating personal connections and hospitality experiences to begin his Real Estate career in 2001.
With over 20 years of real estate knowledge, Ultan received experience at prominent offices in the Dedham, Chestnut Hill and West Roxbury areas.
Ultan has a unique expertise in home redevelopment for resale alongside his extensive network of professionals. He is invaluable in all facets of home buying, selling and ownership. His partnership will provide comfort and security in bringing your deal to the closing table.
Ultan has a passion for dogs, specifically his own crew of Winnie and Alfie. He currently resides in Dedham with his wife Lorraine, who operates a fantastic pet care company, Doggie Au Pair.
When Ultan is not in the office, you can find him at Hale Reservation walking his dogs, or with a pint at home listening to his extensive record collection.

We discuss what elements of improvements and enhancements you can make to the home prior to sale, and what should be done to ensure the home is in its peak condition and can obtain the best price. We will ensure to advertise and market your home through discussed methods, and will arrange showings based on needs and preferences. We will review offers with you and negotiate on your behalf to ensure the terms are most favorable to you.
